Poetry or philosophy? Either way something to think about! I like your observations.

I like this Carolina. Nice reading too. Life (uppercase L), Truth (uppercase T), and it makes me then think to love in this same sense (uppercase). Life, is. Truth, is. Love, is. It’s rainy here, so we’re inside. I’ll be thinking about this while working around the house.

Thanks, Darren! I’ve always had difficulty with time–I always felt at war with it–and so when I realized that my time was brief and variable–I decided to just deal with that fact–but also recognize that my life is apart of G-d’s measure and so is my death–as upon birth–it has also been determined.

I recently had a reminder of the fleeting nature of life when a starling got caught in my woodburner after I lit the fire. It was horrible to watch a bird that was so full of life and desire to live one moment, turn into nothing but grey ash the next.
